Dress Code *
These are the required garments you will need for all classes excluding Ballet (See below) All Garments must be covering you and tightly fitted
Ballet
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Hair should be worn in either a ballet bun or ponytail.
Required: A leotard is to be worn for all ballet classes. Style and color are up to your preference.
Optional: Shorts or Skirt. A skirt or shorts can be worn with the leotard if desired. Color and style is up to your preference.
Optional: Tights can be worn under the leotard if desired. Color is up to your preference .
Required: Ballet Shoes. Ballet shoes need to be ballet pink and split sole. Shoes can be either leather or canvas. Please make sure the shoe fits snug against the foot. There should not be enough fabric to pinch at the ends, if there is they are too big.
Jazz
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to your preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference.
Required: Jazz Shoes. Tan leather jazz shoes need to be worn during jazz classes.
Tap
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference.
Required: Tap Shoes Black leather tie up tap shoes are required for tap class. Please try to buy tap shoes with screw bottoms and not nails. We cannot loosen taps if they are nails which give a duller sound.
ACRO
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference.
Hip Hop
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference.
Required: Hip Hop Shoes Black low top converse like shoes are required for hip hop class.
BATON
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference.
Required: Jazz Shoes Tan leather jazz shoes need to be worn during Baton classes.
LEAPS AND TURNS
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference. Shoes Dancers can either wear jazz shoes, ballet shoes, or pirouette (half soles).
STRETCH AND CONDITIONING
Hair: Hair needs to be back and out of face. Style of hair is up to preference as long as it is out of the face.
Top: Dancers need to either wear a tight fitting shirt with a sports bra underneath or a leotard. Color and style is up to preference.
Bottom: Dancers can either wear shorts or leggings. Color and style is up to preference.
Shoes: Any type of tennis shoe as long as you clean the bottoms or you can go barefoot. Running shoes may also be used. You will receive a text when running shoes are needed
